Any modification to an existing residence within Tehaleh, including the installation of a pool, patio cover, front/side/rear landscaping, ramada, gazebo, or any other physical alteration to the appearance of a house or yard, must be approved in advance by the Architectural Review Committee. To minimize redesign efforts, application for additions, modifications or other improvements should be reviewed and approved by the committee prior to any submission to the proper city/county agencies for permits.

Applications must be submitted with a site plan detailing the intended modification and a photo of the home in order for an application to be reviewed by the committee.
