This meeting offers an opportunity to listen to discussions between the Board of Directors and the Tehaleh Owners Association team\, including a recap of the previous month and updates on current and upcoming projects. \nBeginning in 2026\, the Call to Members portion of the meeting — when questions are taken from homeowners in attendance — will take place at the start of the meeting. While the Tehaleh Owners Association team remains available year-round by email at tehaleh@coherelife.com or by phone at 253-666-4515\, the Call to Members allows homeowners to address the board and community directly regarding agenda-related topics or other matters they would like the board to consider.
